Oana Ioan

Managing Director & Lawyer, Startups.ch AG Romandy

After completing her vocational business education at the l’Ecole supérieure, she went on to study for her maturation certificate followed by law degree attained at the University of Geneva (UNIGE) in 2006. She first worked in a legal office and later at a fiduciary firm. She speaks fluent French, English, Italian and Romanian. Oana is a laywer in the Findea Branch in Western Switzerland.

Marlène Grzesiak

Head of Customer Care Center Geneva

Marlène Grzesiak graduated as a trilingual executive assistant in Geneva. She worked for a few months at the district court of Côte. She then worked three and a half years in an intellectual property in the canton of Vaud. She has been working since March 2014 as an executive assitant at Startups.ch in Suisse Romande.

Jenna Guillon

Junior Associate

After she had obtained her French Advanced Technician Certificate in Business Administration, Jenna joined the internal audit team at a Swiss cooperative, while studying for a Swiss Federal Diploma of Certified Specialist in Accounting and Finance.

In 2014 Jenna became a fiduciary agent, and in 2016 she joined our team at Findea Swiss Romandie as a Junior Associate.

Valentin Roten

Geneva Lawyer and Consultant

Valentin Roten joined STARTUPS.CH SA's French-speaking Switzerland section as a lawyer and business consultant for entrepreneurs in 2017.

In 2017, after completing his legal internship with an international business law firm in Geneva, he was admitted to the Bar.

Valentin holds a bilingual Master’s degree in Law, which he obtained from the Universities of Geneva and Basel in 2015, and a Bachelor’s degree in Law, which he obtained from the University of Geneva in 2013. In addition, in 2015 he completed an exchange semester at the Lomonosov University in Moscow.

He is the author of various articles published in many legal journals. Besides, Valentin has a good understanding of economics and finance; in 2017 he successfully passed the CFA Level 1 exam to get certified as an international finance expert.

He speaks French, English and German, and understands Russian and Spanish.

Paul-Benoît Duvoisin

Lawyer, Startups.ch AG Romandy

After completing his law studies at the University of Lausanne in 2005, Paul Duvoisin obtained in 2007 a postgraduate degree in business law (LL.M. in business law) from the University of Geneva. He subsequently taught and made research at the University of Geneva. He is the author of several scientific articles. He speaks French, English and some Portuguese. In 2015, Paul Duvoisin joined the Romandie section of STARTUPS.CH as a lawyer and consultant.

Aurore Poyet

After completing her bachelor degree in Foreign Languages, Aurore went two years aboard to improve her English as well as her Spanish. She then spent four years in a Business Centre, as a customer care representative, which enabled her to acquire a good rapport with clients. She is now delighted to share her experience with her colleagues and with STARTUPS.CH and Findea’s clients.
