Marlène Grzesiak graduated as a trilingual executive assistant in Geneva. She worked for a few months at the district court of Côte. She then worked three and a half years in an intellectual property in the canton of Vaud. She has been working since March 2014 as an executive assitant at Startups.ch in Suisse Romande.

Oana Ioan

After earning a degree in business and a Matura in economics at the College of Business and Economics in Geneva, Oana Ioan received her law degree in 2006 from the University of Geneva Law School (Master – UNIGE). Her expertise is in corporate law and contracts. She worked for several years in a law firm, for the Canton of Geneva, and at a trust company. She speaks French, English, Italian, and Romanian. Since 2013, Oana Ioan has been the director of the French-speaking Swiss branch of STARTUPS.CH. In parallel, she has been supporting the Zurich team since 2018 through client consultations in the languages she speaks.

Alia Aboulghazi

After graduating in Accounting and Finance, in 2007 Alia started her professional career at an accounting firm in France.

Since 2013 she has been working for a trust company and an international organisation in Switzerland.

When she was studying to obtain a Swiss Federal Diploma in Finance and Accounting, Alia could gain extensive experience in the provision of fiduciary services and the management of small and medium-sized companies. She speaks French and English.

Paul-Benoît Duvoisin

Lawyer, Startups.ch AG Romandy

After completing his law studies at the University of Lausanne in 2005, Paul Duvoisin obtained in 2007 a postgraduate degree in business law (LL.M. in business law) from the University of Geneva. He subsequently taught and made research at the University of Geneva. He is the author of several scientific articles. He speaks French, English and some Portuguese. In 2015, Paul Duvoisin joined the Romandie section of STARTUPS.CH as a lawyer and consultant.
