This question cannot be answered generally. Whether someone can manage the accounting themselves when starting a company depends on their individual prior knowledge.

In principle, you should only do the accounting yourself from the start if you have some (even if only theoretical) education in this area. So, if you have dealt with the topic of “accounting” at a commercial school for at least one year and also enjoyed it, you can do the accounting yourself.

It is less advisable to handle the bookkeeping yourself when starting a company if you have never dealt with the topic of “accounting” intensively before. In these cases, we recommend attending an accounting course first.
